The only people who get upset about you setting boundaries are those who benefit from your not having any. If you’re ready to see the value in protecting yourself by creating and setting boundaries, this group class is for you. 

You will learn why being taken advantage of may or may not be your fault, and what you can do to change your situation.

You’ll learn to identify toxic spoken and unspoken agreements made between you and others.

You’ll learn how to initiate those awkward conversations with those closest to you, all while maintaining your self-respect and your relationship. 

Once you can weave new and empowering boundaries into your life, you can begin to put yourself first, for a change, without looking self-centered or feeling guilty. 

Learning to stand your ground can be hard to do when your needs and wants have never been a priority to the people around you.  This stops now.   

In this class you will learn ways to enforce your wants, needs and desires without feeling guilty.

Allowing yourself to be taken advantage of, may or may not be your fault, but you can stop it anytime.

  • Why it’s been hard for you to create and enforce boundaries

  • Why are you more concerned with other’s feelings than your own

  • How you’ve been groomed to cater to others.

  • Ways to manage moments of overwhelm

  • Affirmations that will reinforce your goal to be more confident
